Heart 2 Home announced the makeover of the Dream
Center in Salt Lake City! Scheduled for Spring 2011 we
are drawing up plans and raising funds for this fabulous
renovation!

September 1st the Heart 2 Home Team
announced a very special addition for a very
special little girl.

Presley Gleason is a beautiful 2 year old affected
with a degenerative respiratory disease which
now requires her to use a wheelchair, trach,
feeding tube, suction machine and ventilator.
Concerns are intensified living in a split-level
home that is not wheelchair accessible.

Before cold weather sets in Heart 2 Home and the
Utah community and businesses will removed the
back portion of the family's Orem home to add a
special room for Presley and her necessary
equiptment.
